Rider's Request You share and we listen. Back by popular request, we have a 75-mile option on day one. If you would like to change your route, email Krisztina at krisztina.quick@nmss.org
As always, you can always decide your route on the day of the event. Our brilliant route designer created routes that allow you to easily switch between the 60, 75 and 100-mile options.
Don’t forget training rides are listed in our calendar section. Get prepared for any of our Bike MS routes.
Fundraising 5 tips of a successful fundraiser:
- Ask! Everyone and anyone. The worst that can happen is they ignore you.
- Show your dedication. Make the first donation.
- Use all the tools we offer your participant page, our fundraising flyer, facebook.
- Do not think of fundraising as asking for money or a loan. You are asking as an advocate for those in need!
- Ask again! People get busy, they appreciate a reminder.

Thank You from the MS Community “Imagine one day you are ready to take on the world...and the next you are faced with the diagnosis of an incurable and debilitating disease. It happened to me my junior year in college, and I thought I would never finish school, let alone walk again. This will be my fifth Bike MS ride. I ride because so many are struck down suddenly with MS and unable to do daily tasks. I ride because I can, and each pedal stroke is for those who are physically unable to join us. I love sharing the finish line with others who have MS, because we are all champions.”
